This will be our class blog for the Spring, 2019 Con Law (powers) section. Each week, I will post a question related to our reading for our Tuesday class. I would like you to respond with at least one paragraph by one hour before our class (i.e. 1pm) at the latest. Any responses I receive after this time will be considered null and void.
